Don't Donate Your Timeshare Alone

As it's New Years and the season of resolutions, it's important to make sure you can live up to the resolutions you make. For example, although many people will say that they want to lose weight or quit smoking, many will fail because they won't have a good plan to make it happen. In fact, over ninety percent of the people who will attempt resolutions this year will fail. That's why you'll see your gym filled in January and a ghost town by March.

For many people, saving money will be a resolution that they wish to keep. Spending less and saving more is actually the number one resolution for most people this season. However, the ability to do this will be extremely hindered for those who own timeshares. Owning a timeshare means thousands of lost dollars each year to maintenance fees, travel costs, food, etc. For many families, these expenditures simply don't make good dollar sense. Yet, they are forced to pay each year as it's part of the contract.

In order to find timeshare relief, you will need more than just willpower or drive. You will need experts who have had years of experience in the timeshare game and a plan to do so. In comparison to selling your timeshare, a timeshare donation is the easiest and most profitable way to get rid of your timeshare. Donate Timeshares has helped countless people find timeshare relief. Our dedicated timeshare specialists will help you donate your timeshare and save money.

Everyone needs help to fulfill New Year's Resolutions. That's why we have personal trainers, P90x, nicotine gum and patches, and more. If you're looking to get rid of your timeshare, don't go at it alone. Find the help you need here.

Right a Wrong with a Timeshare Donation

You may have not really had much of a choice when you bought your timeshare. Instead, you were deceived by companies looking to make a quick buck by showing you a fraudulent world. You were given discounted tours and tickets only to learn once the fun was over that the experience was far different. If this is the case, you were duped and now you face a lifetime of maintenance fees and costs which you never wanted in the first place. News from ABC Charleston highlights these scary and fraudulent business practices.

In a report called "Tourist Trap or Legitimate Business Strategy," investigative reporters shine light on a growing trend in the city of Charleston about companies who use false information or shallow perks to convince out-of-town visitors to make an investment in a timeshare or travel club. These companies use the guise of a travel center to conduct their business. These are not official city visitor centers, but the companies aren't quick to tell visitors that. Many tourists have avoided Charleston because they believe the city of Charleston is trying to profit off of timeshares. You can read the report here

If you find yourself duped and now with a timeshare contract that you never wanted to begin with, you should consider a timeshare donation. You may have been tricked but that doesn't mean some good can't come from it. Donating your timeshare means more help for a charity that needs it. The Wyatt Foundation is dedicated to helping adults and children and your timeshare can help make that happen. To make things even better, you will receive a lower tax bill. It's a win-win. You can't protect yourself from fraudulent business practices sometimes. However, you can respond with doing something good. A timeshare donation is one way to do so.

You Don't Need to a Time Machine to Find Timeshare Relief

If you're looking for timeshare relief now, you may want to look at why you bought the timeshare in the first place. Let's say you bought it in the mid to late 90s. Back in 1997, it may have been a great idea to buy a timeshare. The real gross domestic product grew nearly four percent and inflation was very low. We were on the brink of the dot com age and personal income grew with the morale that good times were here for good. You figured a timeshare would be a great investment as real estate was pretty safe back then.

Go fourteen years into the future and things aren't so bright. Inflation has grown at a rate well above the gross domestic product and the dot com bubble burst a long time ago. Real estate is about as safe as hitting on eighteen at a blackjack table.  You're stuck with a property that you can't afford to hold on to, nor really want to due to travel expenses and lack of vacation time. You couldn't predict the future, so you had no idea how bad things were going to get. Don't give up so fast. Although you're not a soothsayer, you can right the wrongs of the past with the help of Donate Timeshares.

Donate Timeshares will help you find timeshare relief by showing you how to donate your timeshare to a good cause. The Wyatt Foundation accepts timeshare donations to help fund Spirit Ranch and their animal-assistance therapy program for handicap adults and children in need. You will in return no longer be bound by your timeshare contract and fees, and you will receive a hefty deduction on your taxes. You can turn back in time with a timeshare donation.

There Are No Tricks for Timeshare Relief

Halloween is a time of year when people get the opportunity to dress up and pretend to be something that they're not. Children walk around clad in witch, vampire, and princess costumes and go door to door and ask for candy. They begin their request with "Trick or Treat." It is a celebrated tradition that continues to grace us each year. However, when it comes to timeshares and timeshare relief, some people are pretending to be something that they're not all year round. And the consequences of their actions extend far deeper than a simple treat. They could destroy people's livelihoods.

When a company misleads someone and causes them to worry and lose both time and money, the company doesn't just wear a monster costume. It is a monster. These scam artists are going around and telling timeshare owners desperate to get rid of their timeshares that they can help them find timeshare relief. Instead all they do is take their money and are never heard from again. These scam artists are a huge problem and are causing a major stain in the timeshare market.

If you are tired of the tricks of these scam artists, you should consider a timeshare donation. Donate Timeshares works with timeshare owners to help them find relief by donating their timeshares to a meaningful cause. The timeshare owners no longer have to deal with their timeshare contract and can go about their lives timeshare-free. Donate Timeshares does not charge an upfront fee, so you don't have to worry about losing money to another deceitful company in costume. Donate Timeshares is the real deal. Costumes are fun but not when your timeshare is concerned. Find timeshare relief today with Donate Timeshares

Donate Your Timeshare and Avoid Timeshare Fraud

Why donate your timeshare? It may be the best way to avoid timeshare fraud. Timeshare fraud is becoming as popular in Florida as palm trees. Since 2009, over 19,000 formal complaints have been made to the Attorney General's office in regard to timeshare complaints. As timeshare fraud continues to destroy the timeshare market in Florida and other states, legislators are starting to fight back. Recently, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and two Republican lawmakers teamed up to sponsor the Timeshare Resale Accountability Act. The bill is a response to the latest actions of timeshares telemarketers.

In early October, Federal prosecutors charged thirteen Florida telemarketing companies for unscrupulous business practices. They were essentially running a timeshare fraud scheme. They would call potential sellers with news that they had a potential buyer for their timeshare. Once the seller would agree to pay a finder's fee of two thousand dollars, the sale would magically not go through. Of course, the telemarketer running the scheme would not be able to refund the money, and the seller would be out two thousand dollars.

If the bill is signed into law, timeshare telemarketers would not be allowed to lie about having a potential buyer and they would need to draft a written agreement before payment. The seller would have the option of canceling the payment within seven days of the transaction. This is just another case of how companies are trying to take advantage of timeshare owners looking for timeshare relief. If you want to avoid the hassle and fear of being hoodwinked, donate your timeshare instead. You will never be asked to pay a fee upfront and will only be charged a transfer fee once the donation is complete.
